The Types of Information We Collect

Please note that if you mention SWA Law LLC, or comment about or in response to us, in your post on a social media platform, that platform may allow us to publish your post on our Website. Our Data Security Practices
SWA Law LLC takes reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Unfortunately, despite such measures, transmission of information via the internet and other online interactions is not completely secure. SWA Law LLC cannot guarantee the security of your personal information collected through the Website.
Email Communications
If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to sarah@legallycyber.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or click on the “unsubscribe” link in the communication. Please note that your opt-out is limited to the email address used and will not affect subsequent subscriptions. If you opt out of only certain communications, other subscription communications may continue. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, SWA Law LLC may continue to send you non-marketing communications, such as communications about events you have signed up to attend, information you explicitly request, or your business relationship with SWA Law LLC.

SWA Law LLC is based in the United States and is governed by U.S. law.
