Louisiana enacts its first Data Privacy Act

Louisiana enacts its first Louisiana Data Privacy Act. It looks a whole lot like the other 21 states' privacy acts. This new act applies to entities with more than $20M in gross revenue collecting more than 75,000 different people's personal identity information.
